We support businesses either on an ad hoc basis or as part of an agreed contract. Whilst we are happy to help clients with whom we have no agreement, the risk to them is that it may take longer to achieve a fix, as the engineer first has to understand the system in place, so there is likely to be an initial delay in reaching conclusion. As a retained client of TMC JLT, we offer proactive support, so issues such as ongoing maintenance patches are carried out in a timely manner, which can often reduce downtime, and certainly save on time getting started in dealing with new issues, as noted on the ad hoc basis. Support can take the form of remote access to systems, by which many faults can be cleared quickly and effectively without having to wait for an engineer to reach site, or actual site visits – we aim to suit the method of support to the actual problem in order to maximise efficiency to our clients, and ensure that they get their systems running in the shortest possible time.
